It would be helpful to be alerted when the connection between Clockwork & our email server is disconnected. It was down for 3 days before we realized.

The ability to 'pin' a note at the top of Notes field. This would make the specified note more prominent. It could be used for general information relating to adding Notes ( what to include, note templates) or specific to an individual contact/can...

It would be great to know WHO assigned me the task. That way I can go back to that person to get clarification if needed. Currently I have to email the team to ask who created the task to get clarification.

just as a functionality upgrade for the Grid View pop-out window, it would be excellent to be able to view the notes of the candidates via the pop-out window for quick reference.

Because you don't integrate with a phone system (or at least not mine), rather than me highlighting the number and then copying it, just add a copy icon that someone can press to copy the number. So much easier and faster that way.
