Similar to other comments. 1 week is too long for us. the Time for Event in the Workflow should be far more customizable.

I have clients that sometimes need to go into a project after the position has been filled to retrieve information. I'd like to be able to give them access without reopening the project because it messes up the reporting.

When a user turns on the compliance cadence emails, it will only turn off for a candidate if they respond to the request for info. But sometimes a candidate will become a client without responding to the emails. Which puts the user in a tough situ...

Can CW add a pop-up that allows a client to add a comment when the candidate was rejected using the “Candidate in Projects” Status pull down? It would be nice to see as a quick reference, looking back.

Possibility to map colours to statuses, say interview automatically jumps on green, reject on red etc.
