all internal team receive a push email notification when a client tied to the project updates a candidate's status (they prefer to flip statuses vs. fill in individual notes - too time consuming/won't do it)

based on company lists, spec of description, etc., allow the system to serve up auto tags (i.e. you have included 5 different company lists all related to Pharma - have the tag "Pharma") (can train the system to get smarter with feedback loops)

based on title / companies scraped with ContactGrabber, allow the system to serve up auto tags (i.e. based on this executives background - who has been in 5 CFO roles - have the tag "CFO") (can train the system to get smarter with feedback loops)

implement API with another system or build a smart auto writeup based on recorded phone call (less manual work)

based on title and company specs, use past search data to suggest a position profile (ex: key attributes, key backgrounds, minimum requirements, etc.)

based on metadata and project information (title, seniority, location, etc.) suggest industry benchmarks for compensation package (including base, bonus, equity, etc.)

It seems that there is no easy way to share the notes taken in a People/Candidate profile with team members. There does seem to be this capability when creating a note within a Project. I think it would be helpful to allow people to log notes when...

The ability to put a note directly on the candidate record and shows up at the landing page of a candidate record. This would be used for important notes that everyone needs to see.
