It would be great if we could rate candidates in general and that this would be visible next to their profile in a search and on the top of their actual profile when viewing details

I want to be able to include a Notes view in the Grid view, along with Name, Title, Company, etc. Notes is not a heading within Grid View.

Automatically make a candidate NOT visible to a client once they are DQ'ed to eliminate human error I've found a few times where we DQ a candidate, update the status, change the dropdown color - basically do everything except turn off visibility.
