It would be great to have a separate section to track pipeline instead of creating a brand new project and labeling this as "pitch". Ideally somewhere to track early conversations that lead to new projects. For example: pipeline > pitch > ac...

Adjusting so the toolbar is always visible/available, even when composing a long note that requires scrolling, would be helpful so we could quickly access the tools like bullets, italics, adding links, etc. without scrolling to the top each time.

When you go to add a note in a person's record, you have to select the drop down of the search to add the note (or it defaults to the person's file). I would suggest graying/lining out the closed searches. Maybe allowing you to ADD to a closed sea...
